I am not a big fan of salads, but I've discovered I love beef salads. They're too delicious to resist, especially this Vietnamese one called Shaking Beef. The slightly sweet and super juicy cubes of beef on top of the crispy, crunchy bed of lettuce creates a refreshingly savory meal. Add any other veggies of your choice to create a complete salad. Vietnamese BBQ Shrimp Vermicelli with Fish Sauce (Bun Tom Heo Nuong) is one of my all time favorite Vietnamese dish.
