Vietnamese Recipe Shaking Beef

I am not a big fan of salads, but I've discovered I love beef salads. They're too delicious to resist, especially this Vietnamese one called Shaking Beef.
The slightly sweet and super juicy cubes of beef on top of the crispy, crunchy bed of lettuce creates a refreshingly savory meal. Add any other veggies of your choice to create a complete salad. I used what was in my fridge to make a simple salad of lettuce, tomatoes, and onions. In my opinion, thinly sliced onions taste the best in salads. =)
Give this quick and easy recipe a try this weekend!
