    Is it ok to purchase a gift product with a non-gift product?
    We highly recommend purchasing each gift product on its own to ensure they are delivered to the correct recipient.

    Where do you currently ship to?
    We currently ship only to Canada and within the U.S., including U.S. Territories and APO/FPO addresses. U.S. Territories include: Puerto Rico, American Samoa, Federated States of Micronesia, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Marshall Islands, and Virgin Islands.

    What type of payments do you accept?
    We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club debit and credit cards).

    Oh no! I used the wrong shipping address at checkout. What will happen to my package?
    Please email us immediately at contact@247japanesecandy.com if a wrong shipping address was used. After an order has shipped, we will not be able to correct this mistake.

    If a package is deemed undeliverable and returned due to a mistake on your end, we will ask for you to pay for the shipping cost to have it resent. We will not be able to cancel or refund orders that are undeliverable or returned.

    If a package is returned due to a mistake on our end, we will ensure you receive your package without incurring any cost.

    How do I cancel my order?
    Orders can be canceled only if you have not received a shipping confirmation yet. Please keep in mind that we ship orders quickly, within 24-48 hours, so please be sure you are placing an order you intend to keep.

    What is your return policy?
    Due to FDA regulations, we are unable to accept returns on food, snacks, and edible gift boxes. Please do not attempt to return any edible merchandise as they will not be refunded or returned. Although we take time and special care in packaging every order, some circumstances may arise which are out of our control. We will not be held responsible for uncontrollable damages during the shipping process. For example:
    • Products that contain chocolate, which melt during the shipping process. Please order these type of products at your own risk, especially if you live in a hot climate.
    • Products that are contained in soft packaging, which may arrive bent out of shape. These products may have lost their shape but will still have the same great taste.

    For Kawaii and Kakkoii products, there is a 15-days return policy. We will only accept returns on unopened and undamaged merchandises within 15 days after it has been delivered.
    • Who pays for the return shipping?
    You will have to pay for the return shipping if the return is made due to a mistake on your end or personal reason (purchased wrong product, don't like the product, etc). However, if it's due to a mistake on our end, we will send you a free return shipping label.
    • Return Instructions
    All returns must have an RMA number. Please contact us to have one issued, and be sure to provide your order number, product name, quantity, and reason for the return. If we do not receive the return within 15 business days from the date the RMA is issued, the RMA will be canceled.
    • How much will you refund after my RMA is received?
    After your RMA has been received and confirmed it is unopened and undamaged, we will issue a refund minus the original shipping charge. The refund will be issued back to the original method of payment. Please allow 2-7 business days for your bank to process the refund.

    How do I know my payment is secure when I checkout?
    We use a well-known third-party web host called Shopify to process payments. Shopify is Level 1 PCI certified and SSL certified, meaning your payment information is securely encrypted. This is the same level of security as Amazon's checkout. If you opt not to, Shopify will not store credit card information. They are also listed as a registered service provider for Visa and Mastercard. Read more about their security system here

    I am unable to checkout using my credit card. I keep receiving an error message. What do I do?
    Due to the high-level of security provided by our payment gateway, credit cards can be declined for a variety of reasons that depend upon your bank or credit card. Please contact your bank as there may be something specific to your account that is blocking the transaction from completing.

    My payment failed at checkout, but it shows as being withdrawn on my bank statement. Why is this happening?
    When you attempt a purchase, but it fails to transact, it may show up as a pending pre-authorized charge on your bank statement. However, since it is not approved, it will be drop off and not show up on your final statement. Please allow a few business days for your credit card to process this type of transaction.

    What is a Wishlist? How do I share my Wishlist with others?
    A Wishlist is way to create a list of snacks from our Snack + Food Shop that you've always wanted to try or have been craving. The Wishlist can then be shared via email, Facebook, Twitter, or Google+ with friends and family. It's a great way to let people know what you want on your birthday or other special occasions. Use the "Add to Cart" button to quickly add your Wishlist items to your cart.

    To create a Wishlist, you must be logged in to your account. Then visit a snack page that you've been wanting to try at our Snack + Food Shop, and click on "Add to wishlist" found below the Add To Cart button. That's it. Now the snack is in your Wishlist.

    To view your Wishlist again, click on the "Wishlist" link found at the top of the page. At the bottom of your Wishlist you will see four ways to share your Wishlist: email, Facebook, Twitter, or Google+.

    What is a Mystery Box and Roulette Box?
    If you're curious about Asian snacks and food, our snack boxes are the most fun way to discover yummy goodies from Asia. Mystery Box is the most fun way to discover yummy goodies from Asia.

    Mystery Boxes include an assortment of snacks and instant ramen we have hand-picked and tasted to make sure you will enjoy any of our three boxes. We will not announce the contents of the current Mystery Box until a new Mystery Box is released, making every box a fun surprise!

    Roulette Boxes include a random selection of the best Japanese and Asian snacks to deliver a box full of yummy munchies. Every box will contain a different combination of snacks, as specified, so no box will be the same!

    Can I gift a Mystery Box and Roulette Box?
    Yes, you can! Aside from our selection of Gift products, the Mystery Box and Roulette Box are another great way to celebrate a special occasion with someone. Our FAQ on GIFT also applies to gifting a Mystery/Roulette Box. We recommend purchasing gift items separately to ensure they are delivered to the correct recipient.

    What is inside of the Mystery Box and Roulette Box?
    The Mystery Box comes in three different sizes: 
    Munch - weighs ~1lb and includes 4-6 full size snacks. This is a box for the lightweight muncher, who is content with munching on a handful of snacks and instant noodle.
    Original - weighs ~1.5 lbs and includes 8-10 full size snacks. This is a box for the average muncher, who is content with munching on several snacks and instant noodles to satisfy their craving.
    Supreme - weighs ~2.5 lbs and includes 12 or more full size snacks. This is the best value and the best box for the heavyweight muncher or to share with family and friends.
    All three boxes may include the following: candy, chocolate, gum, bakery, cookies, biscuits, chips, corn puffs, and instant noodle. DIY candy kits may also be included in the Original Box and Supreme Box.  However, the Munch Box will not include DIY candy kits.

    We offer these Roulette Boxes in the following sizes: 
    Roulette Box (Candy, Gum) - contains mainly candy
    • Munch - weighs ~1lb and includes 4-5 full size snacks + sample-size snacks.
    • Original - weighs ~1.5lbs and includes 8-9 full size snacks + sample-size snacks.
    • Supreme - weighs ~2.5lbs and includes 12 or more full size snacks + sample-size snacks.
    Roulette Box (Chips, Corn Puffs, Senbei) - contains mainly chips and corn puffs
    • Original - weighs ~1.5lbs and includes 8-9 full size snacks.
    • Supreme - weighs ~2.5lbs and includes 12 or more full size snacks.
    Roulette Box (Cookies, Biscuits, Bakery) - contains mainly cookies and biscuits
    • Original - weighs ~1.5lbs and includes 8-9 full size snacks.
    • Supreme - weighs ~2.5lbs and includes 12 or more full size snacks.
    Roulette Box (All Things Chocolate) - contains all things chocolate whether it’s a snack or candy
    • Munch - weighs ~1lb and includes 4-5 full size snacks.
    • Original - weighs ~1.5lbs and includes 8-9 full size snacks.
    • Supreme - weighs ~2.5lbs and includes 12 or more full size snacks.
    Roulette Box (Instant Noodles) - contains only instant noodles.

    • Supreme - weighs over 3lbs and includes 10-12 full size instant noodles.

    How do I know when a new Mystery Box is released?
    The best way is by following us on our social media or joining our newsletter. You can also visit the Mystery Box product page to check its “Release Date”. If you would like to know whether or not you have already purchased the current box, please check the date of the last Mystery Box you purchased.

    When will my Mystery Box ship?

    I have allergies. Can I customize my Mystery Box/Roulette Box?
    We’re sorry, but at this time we do not allow customization. However, your box will include a translated nutrition fact and ingredients of each snack, except for sample snacks, inside the box. WARNING: If you think you may be allergic to a snack, please do not eat it!! 24/7 Japanese Candy will not be held responsible for any allergic incidents. Many of our snacks do contain nuts, wheat, milk, soybean, and other common food allergens. Please read the ingredients carefully.

    We’re sorry that you did not enjoy your Mystery Box/Roulette Box. At this time, we do not offer refunds on Mystery Boxes.

    Do Gift products arrive in a gift box?
    Yes, Gift products are packaged inside a decorative gift box, except for gifted Mystery Boxes and Roulette Boxes. The pattern of the gift box will differ depending on availability.

    Yes, you can! Simply include a brief message (250 characters max) in the text box before clicking “Add To Cart”. A card message will only be included if "This is a gift" is checked on the product page before clicking "Add To Cart".
